Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of todo.bytesvibe ("the Service"), operated by bytesvibe ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

2. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, spam other users, attempt to bypass security controls, or scrape data at a scale that impacts other customers. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of the tasks, files, comments and other content ("Content") you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited licence to store, process and display that Content solely to operate the Service for you and your workspace members.

4. Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, upstream provider outages, and events outside our control may cause downtime. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

5. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. On deletion we remove your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, except where retention is legally required.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or €50 if you use the Service free of charge.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
