    Yes, todo.bytesvibe is genuinely free forever. There is no credit card requirement, no 14-day trial timer, no per-seat charge, and no locked features waiting behind an upgrade. Every kanban board, time tracker, doc, and integration is available to every user on every workspace, permanently.

  • Will you start charging later?

    The core product will always stay free. If we ever introduce paid options, they will be optional extras aimed at large organizations — think SAML SSO, extended audit logs, or bulk storage. Anything you use today, including every feature listed on this page, remains free for your workspace.

  • How many people can I invite?

    Invite as many teammates, clients, and guest collaborators as your workspace needs. There is no seat counter, no per-user fee, and no invite ceiling on the free plan. Whether your team is three founders or three hundred contributors, everyone gets full access to boards, tasks, docs, and time tracking.

  • Do I need a credit card?

    No credit card is required to sign up or to keep using todo.bytesvibe. Create your workspace with an email and password, a passwordless magic link, or a one-click Google login. That is the entire checkout — you can invite your team and start planning within roughly sixty seconds.

  • What about my data if I stop using it?

    Your data belongs to you. Export every task, project, comment, and time entry at any time as JSON or CSV from workspace settings. If you delete your workspace, all associated records — including uploads and history — are permanently removed from our database within thirty days, no questions asked.
