Export your data from Trello

Trello offers two export paths. Use JSON if you want everything at once; use CSV per list if you're on the free plan and only need cards.

  • JSON (full board): Open the board → Show menu → More → Print and Export → Export as JSON. Save the file.
  • CSV (per list, free plan friendly): Open the list menu → Export list as CSV. Repeat for each column, or paste all rows into one spreadsheet.
